浅析体积式喂料机喂料系统要点须知

众所周知,失重式喂料(liao)(liao)系统,是一种散状(zhuang)物料(liao)(liao)的(de)输(shu)送(song)设(she)备。失重式喂料(liao)(liao)机(ji)一方(fang)面能够(gou)输(shu)送(song)颗粒大小在(zai)(zai)5mm以(yi)下的(de)细小物料(liao)(liao),另一方(fang)面,此设(she)备还能输(shu)送(song)边长(zhang)1m以(yi)上(shang)的(de)大块(kuai)物料(liao)(liao)。它具有连续(xu)均匀输(shu)送(song)、可调节(jie)性(xing)以(yi)及适应(ying)性(xing)强(qiang)等(deng)优点,因此,在(zai)(zai)建材、冶金(jin)、电力、煤炭、化工(gong)铸造(zao)等(deng)行(xing)业的(de)物料(liao)(liao)的(de)处理生产线上(shang)得到(dao)广泛应(ying)用,在(zai)(zai)水泥行(xing)业中,用于(yu)大块(kuai)状(zhuang)石灰石或石膏从矿(kuang)仓底(di)部到(dao)破碎(sui)机(ji)的(de)输(shu)送(song),起到(dao)连续(xu)均匀喂料(liao)(liao)作(zuo)用,可以(yi)大大提高工(gong)作(zuo)效率。
