失重式喂料机不能重载启动怎么解决

一,减小(xiao)矿石对(dui)(dui)失重式喂(wei)料机的(de)冲击,传统做(zuo)法(fa)是根据各单位(wei)具体情况,通过试(shi)验减小(xiao)料仓后壁的(de)倾(qing)角,但这种做(zuo)法(fa)会使物料下滑不(bu)畅,对(dui)(dui)生产(chan)产(chan)生不(bu)利(li)影响(xiang),这样为了一方面(mian)不(bu)影响(xiang)生产(chan),另一方面(mian)又(you)能解(jie)决冲击问题(ti),可以对(dui)(dui)入料仓的(de)矿石进行粒度(du)限制,如须(xu)小(xiao)于(yu)800毫(hao)米,对(dui)(dui)失重式喂(wei)料机后部(bu)的(de)厚度(du)也要(yao)有一定要(yao)求,如须(xu)在(zai)1米以上;

二,还可以通过增强(qiang)失(shi)重(zhong)式(shi)喂(wei)(wei)(wei)料机的(de)抗(kang)(kang)冲击能(neng)力,这可以通过加强(qiang)失(shi)重(zhong)式(shi)喂(wei)(wei)(wei)料机后部的(de)支撑横梁、增强(qiang)失(shi)重(zhong)式(shi)喂(wei)(wei)(wei)料机后部滑轨(gui)的(de)抗(kang)(kang)冲击能(neng)力;
